Payment Policy

Eveksia Pharma accepts payments for its products through secure and trusted payment gateways.

We currently accept the following modes of payment:

  • Debit Cards

  • Credit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (as available on the payment gateway)

All transactions on our website are processed through encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to ensure maximum security of customer data.

Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

In case the amount is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, as per bank and payment gateway processing timelines.

Pricing & Taxes

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, Eveksia Pharma follows a strict no-return and no-exchange policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.

However, we offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered

  2. Damaged Product During Transit

  3. Manufacturing Defect

  4. Expired Product Delivered

If any of the above situations occur, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us or contacting our customer support with:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider and bank.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products opened or used

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
